FIXED WOOD TRIM
Fixed wooden decorative panels can truly embody "tailor-made". We will assign professional designers to the site to approve the dimensions for each engineering project, and then the designers will design and produce them separately according to the decoration style, so that the wooden veneer fits perfectly with the site and better utilizes the space on site. Therefore, it is more versatile in style, more stable in quality, and has better practicality and aesthetics. The paint effect produced by dust-free paint room and infrared paint room cannot be compared to on-site construction. Factory production adopts standardized and serialized component assembly production processes, which are strictly monitored to ensure stable quality of parts
Finished product structure
Finished wood veneer has different functions and combination structures. Firstly, the real wood veneer panel has 14 layers, including base board, adhesive layer, natural wood veneer layer, scratch resistant topcoat (second layer), and scratch resistant topcoat (first layer). Primer (third coat), Primer (second coat), Primer (first coat), Wear resistant Primer Layer, Hardened Primer Layer, Second Wear resistant Primer Layer, Hardened Primer Layer, Colored Layer, and Protective Layer, etc.
-
Secondly, the real wood fire-resistant board has 11 layers, including base board, adhesive layer, natural wood veneer layer, coloring layer, transparent putty layer, wear-resistant primer layer (two layers), hardening primer layer (two layers), flame retardant paint layer, UV resistant topcoat layer, topcoat layer, protective film, etc.
Technological process
1. Construction process: measurement and marking → line finding and positioning → inspection of embedded parts and openings → application of moisture-proof and anti-corrosion coatings → preparation and installation of keel → installation of finished wooden decorative panels
2. Measurement and line drawing: The designer measures the size of the base layer on site and draws the wood veneer drawing based on the interior design drawings; At the same time, check whether the on-site grassroots meets the requirements and whether the grassroots needs to be modified?
-
The skeleton material selected for this base layer must be baked and installed on the keel as the base layer, with a flat and firm installation without warping.
If there are dents or protrusions on the surface, they need to be corrected. Any dust, adhesive particles, or nail heads left on the bonding layer should be completely removed or leveled.
3. Positioning and marking: Before installing wooden walls and wooden planks, the elevation, plan position, and vertical dimensions should be determined according to the design drawings, and the lines should be marked accordingly.
4. Pre embedded parts and openings: After marking, check whether the pre embedded parts and wooden bricks meet the design and installation requirements, mainly checking whether the arrangement spacing, size, and position meet the requirements of nailing the keel;
Measure whether the position and size of doors, windows, and other openings are square and vertical, and whether they meet the design requirements.
5. Brushing moisture-proof and anti-corrosion coatings: For wooden walls and wooden tube sub boards designed with moisture-proof and anti-corrosion requirements, moisture-proof rolls should be laid when nailing the keel, or moisture-proof and anti-corrosion coatings should be applied before nailing the keel.
6. Keel preparation and installation:
1) Wooden protective wall keel: It must be coated with fireproof paint before use.
2) Partial wooden protective wall keel: According to the size and height of the room, it can be prefabricated as a long skeleton and installed as a whole or in sections.
3) Full height wooden protective wall keel: First, measure the size of the room, locate the four frame keels according to the corners of the room and the position of the upper and lower keels, nail them flat and straight, and then nail the horizontal and vertical keels according to the design spacing requirements. The spacing between the wooden wall studs is generally 400mm for horizontal studs and 500mm for vertical studs. When the thickness of the panel is above 15mm, the spacing between the horizontal keels can be expanded to 450mm. The installation of wooden keel must be square and straight, and the gap between the skeleton and the wooden bricks should be padded with wooden pads. Each wooden pad should be nailed firmly with at least two nails, and the thickness of the publishing surface should be reserved when installing the keel.
4) Wooden tube sub board keel: According to the actual size of the hole and the design specifications of the skeleton material section, one side of the simple sub board can be 500mm, and a vertical pole should be added appropriately in the middle. The spacing between horizontal keels shall not exceed 400mm; When the panel width is 500mm, the spacing between horizontal keels should not exceed 300mm. The keel must be firmly nailed to the fixing parts, and the surface should be flattened. After installation, it must be flat, straight, and straight. The preparation and application methods of preservatives should comply with the relevant regulations.
7. Installation of finished wooden decorative panels:
1) Panel color and pattern selection: All incoming panel materials should be used in the same room before use. Select the dosage of adjacent parts to ensure that the wood grain and color are approximately consistent in appearance after installation.
2) Preparation of cutting board: Cut the board by drawing lines on the board according to the keel layout, and the original wood surface should be planed clean; The surface of plywood and veneer must not be smoothed, and all small surfaces must be scraped straight. When configuring the longitudinal docking of the panel, it is necessary to consider that the joint is located at the horizontal keel. The back of the original wood panel should have unloading grooves, with a general spacing of 100mm, groove width of 10mm, and groove depth of 4-6mm to prevent distortion and deformation of the panel surface.
3) Decorative panel installation:
① Before installing the decorative panel, check the position, straightness, nail fixation, moisture-proof structure requirements, etc. of the keel, and install it after passing the inspection.
② After the decorative panel is assembled, trial installation can only be carried out if the panel size, seams, and joint structure are completely suitable, and the appearance of wood grain direction and color is acceptable.
③ The decorative panel closing plate should be coated with glue and nailed firmly to the keel. The nail specifications for fixing the panel should be appropriate, and the nail length should be about 1-2mm below the surface of the panel thickness
④ Nail sticker face: The sticker face material should be selected, and the pattern and color should be similar to the frame material and panel. The size, width, and thickness of the sticker should be consistent, and the attachment should be smooth and without any errors
