What are the docking process and delivery time issues?
① Quotation (1-7 days)
② After a 10% deposit, we will start preparing color card and color board samples (3-5 days)
③ Deepen the drawings after 40% progress payment (3-15 days)
④ Sign and confirm the drawings, start production (45-60 days)
⑤ Quality inspection and packaging (3-5 days)
⑥ After receiving 50% of the final payment, we will start shipping and deliver according to the delivery time (30-60 days)
Note: Furniture ordering 6-8 months before hotel opening

What materials do you use? How to control product quality?
Match different materials according to different hotel star rating requirements:

Yes, we customize our services 100% based on the client's project design and requirements until the client is satisfied. Each customer will enjoy a unique customized service experience. Can you send someone to the construction site for measurement?
Yes, for the parts that need to be measured for fixing, after both parties confirm the order (materials/price/payment method/delivery time/deposit), our designer will be sent to the overseas construction site for measurement. Deepen the 3D drawings of the project based on the measured dimensions. The other party should pay for the designer's round-trip airfare, accommodation, and salary. It is possible for the designer of Party A to measure and annotate on the drawings, which is more convenient and efficient

What documents are required for quotation? How long will it take to complete the quotation?
The project party needs to provide:
(1) CAD drawings and design proposal white paper for the project
(2) Product List Specification Table
(3) Bill of Materials, Requirements
(4) Project name, location, opening time
(5) Project budget, star rating
The more detailed and accurate the information you provide, the more accurate the quotation will be. Based on the project requirements, we will provide you with the best quotation plan, which will be completed within 3-5 days

Does your quotation include shipping and installation?
1: The quotation does not include transportation and installation. We mainly offer EXW factory price and FOB price; Customers can use their own long-term cooperative freight forwarders. If there is no freight forwarder, we can assist
2: Mobile furniture does not require installation and can be placed after cleaning; We will shoot installation videos or send technical personnel to the construction site of foreign projects to guide the installation of fixed furniture such as cabinets, wall panels, wood veneers, doors, etc. (Party A needs to pay for round-trip airfare, accommodation, and technical personnel salaries).

How to make a sample and what is the payment method?
The first party shall provide complete hotel project CAD drawings and 3D drawings to confirm the material and color of the product materials, confirm the quotation, pay the deposit, and complete the detailed drawings of the simulated room within 5-7 days. After checking the accuracy of the production drawings, sign and arrange production. The delivery time is 30-45 days. Quality inspection, packaging, transportation, installation, and after-sales service sampling require double full payment. After you place an order with us, we will refund you an additional 50% of the sample fee.

How to inspect the goods?
Self inspection: After production is completed, our project manager and quality control team will conduct the first round of internal self inspection. Check the dimensions/materials/edge details/product effects one by one and compare them with the production drawings. The test results will be sent to the customer through simultaneous photography and video. If the product has flame retardant requirements, an inspection report will also be provided during the QC step.
Customer inspection: If the customer needs to inspect the goods, we will arrange for them to inspect after our self inspection is completed; If the customer cannot come to China, a third-party organization can be sent to inspect the quality; For inspection defects, we will repair and adjust them as soon as possible to solve them quickly and effectively.

After sales and warranty issues?
After sales services include product tracking, replacement parts, out of stock, and guidance on repairing damages; Our warranty period is 3 years, and normal use can generally last up to 10 years or even longer.
