Gold and Silver Leaf: Furniture surfaces are covered with gold and silver leaf. Gold and silver leaf is a forged orange finish made from pure gold and silver. It creates a luxurious, refined, and three-dimensional appearance. One gram of gold can be hammered into approximately 0.5 square meters of pure gold leaf, with a thickness of 0.12 microns. The standard size of gold leaf is 9.33 x 9.33 cm.
Silver leaf is made from pure silver with a 99.9% silver content. The size is 14 x 14 cm and is a paper-like sheet hammered from natural silver. A small sheet costs around 1.0 yuan, making it quite expensive!

Tip: Gold leaf is thin gold flakes, while silver leaf is thin silver flakes, typically imported from Europe and Taiwan.
