High-end sofa craftsmanship
High-end sofas feature a unique, anti-slip baffle design with a perfect front baffle, ensuring your cushions never slide, no matter how you sit.

Baffle Design:

Ordinary American-style sofas lack protruding baffles, making them prone to slipping.

The integrated seat cushion design provides enhanced comfort: No more awkward seams, making sleeping more comfortable!
The integrated seat cushion design eliminates the awkward gap between two cushions, making it even more comfortable for guests.

More common sofas feature this design:

Comfort is determined by the details, with pull tabs ensuring the cushions never slide.

The interior is filled with down on both sides, making the pillow fully down-filled!

Pure cotton lining with premium duck down.

The pillow is made entirely of down.

The inner core is composed of an independent spring pack, surrounded by a multi-layered foam structure, including a support layer, a cushioning layer, a comfort layer, and a comfort layer, ensuring a comfortable sitting experience.

Some vendors use ordinary steel and very thin springs, which can collapse completely over time:

Sponge tips:
Based on density (load capacity), they can be divided into medium-low density (under 30 deniers) and high density (50-60 deniers).
Based on density, they can be divided into models such as KF329, KF330, KF360, and KFF. Each model has a density and elasticity difference of double, resulting in significant price differences!
Based on rebound, they can be divided into three categories: slow rebound, standard, and high rebound.
Based on combustion performance, they can be divided into standard, flame-retardant, and non-flammable. Standard sponges are more likely to ignite!
Based on processing technology, they can be divided into closed-cell and open-cell types. Open-cell sponges are more conducive to air circulation!
Flame Retardant Test:

Many vendors use low-quality sponges with low density and poor elasticity, and even use recycled sponges:

Not only are reinforced steel cables added, but they are also densely arranged, resulting in the strongest double-buckle connection:

Ordinary seat cushion S-spring:
Ordinary steel is thin and weak, and the difference in thickness is significant.

It is too thin, lacks reinforcing steel cables, and uses single-buckle connections on the sides. Plastic connections are not durable.

Many do not use S-springs, but instead use more common tension rods, which have significantly lower elasticity and lifespan.
